Welcome to Meowbino. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. They cover both the Meowbino mobile app (the “Game”) and the meowbino.com website. By downloading, installing, or playing Meowbino, or by using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game or the website.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, and to use the website, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Game or website except where permitted by law; not to use them for any unlawful purpose; and not to interfere with their normal operation.

3. Advertising and purchases

The app is free to play and supported by advertising. It may offer an optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase and other optional purchases. All purchases are processed by your platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms; we do not receive or store your payment details. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by the app store or applicable law. The website is free and shows no ads.

4. Your content

Any feedback you choose to send us is voluntary. By sending feedback you allow us to use it to operate and improve the Game.

5. No warranty

The Game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every puzzle experience will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game or website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
